Can acne be treated during a short stay in Seoul?
Yes. A consultation, extractions or a peel and an acne laser session can usually be done in one visit, with a home-care plan for after you leave.
What is the best treatment for acne scars?
There is no single best treatment. Rolling scars often benefit from subcision, textured scars from RF microneedling such as Potenza or fractional laser, and pigmented marks from Pico or V-Beam. Combinations usually work best.
Do you prescribe Accutane (isotretinoin)?
Isotretinoin is only prescribed after a dermatologist consultation and medical review, because it needs monitoring. Your doctor will advise whether it is suitable and safe during your stay.
How many sessions do acne scars need?
Most patients need a series of sessions spaced several weeks apart. Your dermatologist estimates the number at consultation.
